S7:Episode 9 - Zachary Paul Hoffman | Sensible Worldwide Adaptable Leadership

Updated: Oct 10, 2022

This week’s episode of the Overcomer’s Podcast features Zachary Paul Hoffman. Zac invented a style of leadership called the SWA philosophy – Sensible Worldwide Adaptable Leadership. His journey took an unexpected path. He played sports all his life. As a football quarterback, he loved the leadership aspect. His dream was to be in the NFL. While in college, he realized that what he thought was his purpose was a platform.

Zac says that as modern day leaders we need to be the “Swiss Army Knives.” He encourages us to find fulfillment in using the skills we learned in athletics and to apply it to whatever our second passion might be. True potential doesn’t lie within a sport. We are not what we do. Zac helps people take the skills they learned as athletes and apply them in a different way.

We learn how to overcome things mentally and physically as an athlete - to dig deep and be real with ourselves. We learn the determination to overcome. How do I use these skills and transfer them into a business or work? The mindset is there already through our sport.
