BLOG
Robin O'Grady is a woman of humble beginnings. When she was young, her mother was suffering from depression, and her father was not in the picture. She had to be independent from a young age and help take care of her sisters. Then, tragically, when Robin was a teenager her mother passed away from cancer. She had to take on two jobs so she could finish high school, of which she was the first in her family to complete. A hard beginning to life, but Robin wasn't going to let it break her.
Robin decided that she wanted to take her experience, work ethic, and empathy and use it to help other people. She knew that it wasn't going to be the easiest route, but she wanted to do it. She took it upon herself to become a fitness professional and a mindset coach. That way she could help people with their physical and mental health. To give them the all around wellness that they need.
Today, Robin is extremely successful in both of these endeavors. She is the Owner of O'Grady Fitness, and she works with Big Sky Fitness, one of the most successful Fitness clubs in Canada. She has become so successful in what she does that she has given speeches all over the world. With her positive mindset, she was able to take her rough beginning and turn it into something great, not just for herself but for the people who lives she touches.
Even with all of this going on, she found the time to talk to us about her life, her thoughts, and the techniques that she uses to be her best self and help others do the same.
