Would you like to have Deathbed Clarity meaning would you like to see your life from lense of your deathbed but see it now while you can still do something about it?
Then you have to listen to this episode with Mark Fisher.
Mark Fisher owns two fitness businesses in NYC. The name of his business is Mark Fisher Fitness. We reached out to Mark to be on the show because Mark is not only an Overcomer but a personal development guru and business consultant. We knew he would have tons of gems to share with our audience and he did not let us down.
My favorite part of the episode is where Mark tells us about a Virtual Keynote that he just gave for FILEX on the topic of being unapologetically yourself.
Mark shares that the goal of personal development is to have deathbed clarity while you are still alive and can do something about it.
He tells us about the term Memento More which means remember you must die which is a challenge to live our best life now.
He really brings it home at the end with some actionable steps and an exercise that he calls "The Park Bench" exercise.
This episode is life changing. You gotta listen!
